# FAQ

> Questions and answers in collapsible rows, with optional groups, jump links and a search box.

## Where to find it

The FAQ page, home page, classes page and delivery area pages. In the theme editor choose Pages, then faq, and select FAQ. Can be added to any page.

## How it works

* Up to 50 blocks. Group blocks start a group; the questions below belong to it until the next group.
* With more than one group, chips at the top jump to each group.
* Show search box filters the questions as shoppers type, hides empty groups and says how many match.
* Open the first question opens it when the page loads.

## Edit it

* Add a Group block, then Question blocks under it.
* Give a group an Anchor ID such as allergens to link to it from other pages, for example /pages/faq#allergens.
* Set Link label and Link to point to your full FAQ page.

## Settings

| Setting | What it does |
| - | - |
| **Heading** | Text. Default: Before you order. |
| **Link label** | Text. Default: All questions. |
| **Link** | Link: a page, product, collection or web address. |
| **Show search box** | On or off. Filters the questions as shoppers type. Default: off. |
| **Open the first question** | On or off. Default: on. |
| **Color scheme** | Color scheme for this area (edit the schemes in Theme settings → Colors). Default: Scheme 1. |

## Blocks

Up to 50 blocks. Add a block with **Add block** under the section in the sidebar; drag blocks to reorder them.

### Group

| Setting | What it does |
| - | - |
| **Heading** | Text. Default: Ordering. |
| **Anchor ID** | Text. Lets other pages link straight to this group, for example allergens for /pages/faq#allergens. Letters, numbers and hyphens. |
